Catherine (Kate) Stiffler was born in Oak Park, Illinois and moved to South Florida in 1974. She comes from an extensive background in Customer Service and Public Relations and brings her driven and client focused work ethic to bear when working with her real estate clients.
Kate attended the University of Colorado-Boulder where she earned a B.A. in Psychology and Barry University in Miami, Florida where she received her Masters Degree in Social Work. Having successfully owned her own business for over a decade, Kate has gained invaluable insight into how to work with diverse clients from all over the world, finding them the best deal possible while always keeping it client focused. Marketing properties successfully is also a trait Kate possesses. With a keen eye for detail and design, she knows how to make any property shine.
Kate entered the Real Estate world in order to help people accomplish the American Dream: homeownership. She has been happily assisting clients in buying, selling, investing and renting properties all over South Florida and hasn’t looked back.
Kate is married and lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband of 25 years, Dan, and her 5 children. She spends her free time traveling, reading, cooking, practicing yoga and celebrating life.

He is a licensed real estate agent and has assisted individuals in title and permit issues and code violations. Additionally, his network of professionals that he has established himself with in the industry provides him with keen insight into all aspects of the home buying and selling process.
